At Galvan's, we start with the freshest chicken that has never been frozen, and season it overnight in our special marinade to keep it moist and flavorful. We dredge each piece in our Taste of Louisiana seasoned flour, and then fry it to a golden crisp in fresh corn oil. Our chicken is made to order and never prepared ahead.
